MICHAEL is accustomed to high-end complex finishes, details and systems with over 21 years of project management experience ranging from mid-sized commercial projects and interiors to over a decade of work specifically on custom high-end residential projects. Michael brings knowledge in all facets of upscale residential construction including an extensive list of resources, business partners and subcontractors to every project. He works to orchestrate the process with all parties involved to ensure a high level of quality, customer service and at the end of the day a referral. Michael is intimately involved with each and every GraySalt Construction project from inception to completion and maintenance beyond.

Prior to his involvement with GraySalt Construction, he was the Director of the Luxury Residence Group at Power Construction. In that role, he led all day-to-day construction operations for the newly created group and completed over 80,000SF of custom high-end projects including condo build outs, renovations including historical, single family homes and corporate interiors. Michael’s other construction experience includes 12 years with Bulley & Andrews, LLC where he completed multiple penthouse condo buildouts in excess of 8,000SF, published in Luxe and CS Interiors magazines.

Georgia Institute of Technology

MOLLY oversees on-site management of construction with a diverse 14 year resume of new construction, renovations and interior Superintendent experience ranging from large commercial, healthcare, retail and high-end residences. Molly works with the GraySalt team coordinating preconstruction logistics, building requirements, utilities, neighboring properties, quality control, safety control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, installation detailing, project closeout and maintenance of installations.

Molly’s skills in subcontractor management, leading project teams and always planning well in advance of the next step assures quality and schedule controls are implemented on each and every project. Prior to her involvement with GraySalt Construction, Molly worked on high-end interior projects across the country with Shawmut Design Construction and crafted her Superintendent skills with Power Construction on large commercial and custom high-end residences.
